RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

 

At 7M Boots, the process for returning or exchanging a product is quite simple and practical.

In order for your exchange or return to be successfully processed, the product must be returned unused, in its original packaging or wrapped in brown paper, along with manuals and accessories.

The deadline to request an exchange  and for returns is 7 calendar days . (REMEMBER THAT THE CUSTOMER MUST CONTACT US VIA WHATSAPP TO SEND THE SHIPPING RECEIPT TO INITIATE THE EXCHANGE PROCESS).
The deadline for shipping the product back to us is 7 calendar days. If the requested size for exchange is not available, the manufacturing time is 10 to 15 business days after the product arrives at our warehouse.

When shipping the item for exchange, please make sure that the product meets the conditions mentioned earlier and verify that all sender information is correct.

In cases of exchange due to size or dissatisfaction and cancellation requests from the consumer, we clarify that the shipping costs of the product back to the store, as well as the costs of reshipping the product will be borne by the customer.

Important: Inside the box, please include a note stating the reason for the exchange and the correct size 

The contact phone number and your order number is required; once it arrives here, we will process your exchange.

For order cancellations, please contact our Customer Service Center at: (16) 3711-7807. We are available from Monday to Saturday from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, except holidays.

Please note that after the order has been completed, cancellations can only be requested before the issuance of the Invoice. If the Invoice has already been issued, we ask that you refuse the delivery of the order and contact the Customer Service Center to request cancellation.

Purchases made via bank slip have a three business day period for payment confirmation. In cases of the bank slip expiration and the payment not being completed, the order is automatically canceled.
